Open Door Development is based in Ottawa, Ontario. Founded in 2008, we specialize in providing interactive training and development that amplifies participants’ professional skills, community skills, and mental health education.

Did You Know: Our Founder and Program Director, Lindsay Walton, is featured in Extraordinary Facilitation by Dr. Jim Cain for her world-class facilitation skills. She has also been identified as an industry leader for her adaptations of Jungian play therapy for use with groups and first aid training as a therapeutic tool for participants navigating recovery from trauma.
