People learn best when given questions rather than answers! Learn how to develop your leadership communication skills as well as your perspective, learning which leadership model is the most effective and will lead you and your team to the greatest success. Identify your strengths and areas for growth while exploring what lead you to become the person you are today, and learn six common leadership pitfalls that will undermine your success while also being equipped to get out of the pit if you have already fallen in to it.
These foundational concepts will all be addressed during your leadership training, whatever time length you choose. However, the more time you book, the more time you will have for hands-on practice, participating in challenges that put your leadership skills to the test and create powerful moments of learning and self-discovery.
When booking your program you can let us know if the group is made up of new leaders, experienced leaders, veteran leaders or a combination and we will tailor the challenges in order for all participants to get the most out of their experience. |
