These workshops empower participants to stop bullying in its tracks, constructively addressing the issue and even learning how to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Space Requirement: Participants will need a comfortable place to sit with the ability to have discussions in small groups. The facilitator will be using a laptop and projector. Please inform us if a screen is available. Open Door Development will provide a portable screen if needed.
This course empowers participants to recognize the signs of bullying and harassment, to address bullying behaviors in healthy and effective ways, and to create physically and emotionally safe environments that help to discourage bullying from happening in the first place. Bullying can happen to or between any age group; child, teen, adult and senior. Make your workplace, school, camp, youth group, group home, club, team or other organization a safe place where everyone can have a positive and constructive experience. |

Participants will learn how to create bullying and harassment policies and create training curriculum that addresses the needs of your individual organization and programming.
